-Arrange house cleaning for before and after arrival.

-Exterior landscape is prepped (lawn manicured, plants are watered, weeds picked)

-If any interior work (ie: small painting/patching, fixes, installations) need to happen, help arrange to have the work done prior to arrival.

For an additional $300, let us make sure your home is closed up and secure until your next visit.

-Home is cleaned by professionals.

-Cover all outdoor furnishings (covers must be supplied by homeowner).

-Clean out all fridges of food/ beverages that will perish.
