Our clients’ needs are at the forefront of our design philosophy. At ML Lifestyle, we understand your home is an extension of your family. Whether you’re looking to make updates to your primary residence, vacation home or rental property, we can ensure your vision is realized. We also appreciate the balance in the execution of design; from repurposing existing pieces to procuring new furnishings and decor.

Project Management

The team at ML Lifestyle will manage the lifecycle of the project from planning to prioritizing and executing the design objective. We believe in open communication and accountability in every facet of each project. Critical success stems from the rapport built with all on-site teams during the project. ML Lifestyles proudly uses project management software to be transparent and organized with all parties, providing clear and precise real-time status of your project at all times.

Staging

Staging your home is one of the most important parts of the selling process. It’s our mission to make every potential buyer that walks through your door feel like they’re already in their new home. Currently we work with existing furnishings in the space and can touch up with small decor/art and small soft goods as needed.

Can't wait to share more progress photos of our new awesome project in Palm Springs! Right now we're removing popcorn ceiling and dated wallcoverings, along with adding new tile in the primary bathroom (which was previously carpeted 😆) It's going to be quite a transformation! Stay tuned for more!
